Welcome to the NEW Welsh National web site.
This site has been redesigned and has moved from part of The Racing Pages web site and has now been given a home of it's own here at www.welsh-national.co.uk
If you are visiting for the first time then welcome if you are a regular here then rest assured all the previous sections are here and there will be more information added all the time.
Please feel free to come back often especially in December every year where you will get a full preview of all the runners in the Welsh National which is held at the end of the month.
I hope some of you took some notice last year where in my summary of the 26 runners ( at the time the preview went up ) and were lucky. I was very pleased to see that of the six that I outlined as LIVE candidates for the race five finished in the first six with only one the unfortunate Royal Tommy falling and not making a full hand.
